Terms & Conditions

1. No Refunds Policy
All deposits and payments made to Parti Time Yorkies-Indy are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Transferable Credit
If you are unable to proceed with your chosen puppy, your deposit or payment may be transferred toward another available puppy or applied to a future litter. Credits must be used within 12 months of the original payment date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Health Guarantee
All puppies are sold with a written health guarantee provided at the time of purchase. Buyers are responsible for taking their puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pick-up to validate the guarantee.

4. Pickup & Delivery
Puppies must be picked up (or transport arranged) by the agreed-upon date. Failure to pick up your puppy within 7 days of the agreed date, without prior arrangements, may result in forfeiture of your puppy and deposit.

5. Forfeiture of Deposit
If the buyer fails to complete the purchase agreement or does not comply with scheduled pickup terms, the deposit is forfeited and will not be refunded.

6. Right of Refusal
Parti Time Yorkies-Indy reserves the right to refuse sale if it is determined that the puppy’s placement would not be in its best interest. In such cases, the deposit will be transferred to a future litter.

7. Acknowledgment
By placing a deposit or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
